Miss Scarlett, famed actress with the cash to prove it, and the past that glorifies her winnings and losings. Based upon the Clue board game and movie, Cassandra Scarlett has more to her than the rich dresses and her face hidden behind a fancy hat. Here she is: 

I hope you like her, I really tried to recreate her natural essence but pull a spin to her. She sorta has some Asian influence to her face, which is different. 

Not much else to say about her, only she is quite Store and CC heavy, my fault. Just remember I have all expansions and most stuff packs. Coincidentally, her everyday dress and hat are Store, while her formal is all CC.
